How to Work Gamesheet

Prior to each home game 

1. Check Referee Schedule: Link to schedule here.
2. Schedule a penalty box attendant, scorekeeper and a clock manager.
3. It is best to make a schedule and have every family take a turn.
4. Younger teams will also need someone to open penalty box doors

Scoresheets

1. Before the Game: Open Game Sheets on iPad
2. Select: New Game > Load From Schedule > Select correct game > Load Game
3. Once the game is loaded, it will load game details. Put your name as the scorekeeper with your phone number for USA Hockey use if there are issues. Anything missed will produce a grey warning or a red alert. Press on the warning and/or alert and it will identify missing information.
4. Select Visitor lineup
5. Have coach review roster and sign
6. Select Home lineup

At the beginning of the game:

1. Select Scoring
2. Home team is on the left side
3. Visitor team is on the right side.
4. Shots on net are at the bottom
5. Select period at the top of the screen

To add a penalty:

1. Select Add Penalty
2. 4 digit time
3. duration
4. penalty type
5. player
6. Select off ice time, start of penalty time and on ice time

**To delete any entry such as goal or penalty, swipe left on the goal/penalty and press delete 

After the game

1. Correct any errors that flag. Will turn red at the top of the screen
2. Select end game in upper right corner
3. Time and end game
4. Officials/Post Game
5. Have Ref sign
6. Lock & Upload
7. Press blue cloud to upload
