Camps & Clinics
Looking to help your player get ready for tryouts? Our Preseason Camp is the perfect opportunity to shake off the summer rust and build confidence before the season begins.
Players will work on skating and edge work progressions, stick handling, and overall skill development in a fun, fast-paced environment led by LIHA coaches. Whether your player has been away from the rink this summer or has been training all offseason, this camp is a great way to prepare for tryouts.
Ages
High School Club camp is open to all current and prospective high school club hockey players interested in participating in the 2026–2027 season.
12U/14U Camp is open to any LIHA players with 2012 - 2015 birth years.
8U/10U Camp is open to any LIHA players with 2016 - 2022 birth years.
Girls Try Hockey is open to any girl of any age.

Where
All camps and events will be held at John Breslow Ice Center, located at 433 V Street, Lincoln, NE.
Equipment
Players should wear their own equipment for all camp sessions. Full hockey equipment, including a neck guard, is required. Please bring a water bottle.
LIHA will provide hockey equipment and skates at no cost for participants who need them for our Girls Try Hockey Free event.

HS Club Hockey Pre-season
Get back on the ice and prepare for the upcoming high school hockey season! This preseason program includes two ice sessions designed to help players regain their skating and hockey skills, reconnect with teammates, and prepare for the start of the 2026–2027 season.

Have you ever wanted to try hockey? Join the Lincoln Ice Hockey Association for Girls Try Hockey for Free! Girls of all ages are invited to experience hockey in a fun, welcoming environment while learning basic skating and hockey skills from LIHA coaches and volunteers.
