12U House Season Information
Welcome to 12U (PeeWee) Hockey!
The 2026-2027 season officially begins on October 5. There will be two 12U House teams; players will be rostered to one of the teams after Week 1. Both teams will practice together twice a week from October through February.

Games will start on Sundays in November; the schedule will be released soon!
Jerseys + Socks
Each player needs a white LIHA jersey, a blue LIHA jersey, and a pair of LIHA socks. Jerseys and socks will be available for purchase in October; the Team Managers will share details.
Player Numbers
If your player is new to LIHA, they will need to choose a number. Please email Michelle Bellamy at mbellamy5@gmail.com with your player's name and birth year. She will share the available numbers.
Equipment
Beginning this season, all LIHA players 10U and older must adhere to the LIHA Equipment Policy. This is critical to establishing a cohesive look among teams; LIHA is one association!
This policy applies only to newly purchased equipment (current equipment that still fits is allowed). All players will be required to wear:
- Black helmet
- Black breezers (no stripes or accent colors)
- Black gloves (may have white, grey, or blue accent colors)
LIHA has executed an equipment agreement with Pure Hockey and will be opening an online store each season for discounted equipment, jerseys, and apparel. All players must also wear neck laceration protection for all practices and games.
Locker Room
12U players are responsible for dressing themselves before practices/games and undressing afterward. Parents/guardians should not be in the locker room. Cell phones are not allowed in the locker room.
SafeSport
Volunteers are critical to making the season possible. Each family is required to have at least one parent/guardian complete SafeSport Certification. Team Managers must receive proof of certification by October 31. The certification is free.
