Scholarship Applications must be submitted to the LIHA President on or before Oct 15^th, 2011 to be considered for the upcoming season.  Please ensure that your application is complete and all of the above-required information is submitted to Frank@lincolnhockey.org Frank Schmal – LIHA President.  Should an application be incomplete or not contain all of the required information a member of the Scholarship Committee will contact you to obtain the information.  However, this may delay the processing of your application and may cause the application to miss the deadline to be submitted to the LIHA Scholarship Committee.
